A month ago a complaint regarding my microwave oven was registered at local service
centre at kota Rajasthan.
my oven's base motor for rotating the substance having problem and it's triangular rolling system also got damaged. Still now it has been not repaired. I am unable to understand the methodology of your company about the after sales services. I am facing problem hence requested to look into matter as soon as possible to save the name of your company and market reputation.
