Not working - replacementof Magnetron

I had purchased a microwave oven model No. EM18Ea708L in the year 2006 through the Dealer M/s Better Deals. I had made a complaint in the month of January for non working of the oven and on 29.1.08 the complaint was attended by digital solution and taken the service charges of Rs.250.00 and informed that the Magnetron is not working and since it is in the warranty period it will be replaced. After that I have been contacting them so many times but their reply was the item to be replaced "magnetron' is not available. It is more than 50 days no one is giving the positive reply about the replacement. I will appreciate, if the same is replaced immediately and get the oven in working condition
