Microwave oven Model: 30sc1
Poor performance, Frequent breakdown

Dera Sir,

We had purchased IFB Micowave oven Model No.30SC1 on 17.10.06. We are using this product since that period, but performance this equipment & services of co./ dealer is not satisfactory. Although we had undergone the AMC of this product from last two year. our latest complaint /ticket no.is 3029359 dated 15.05.09, which is not attended till the date. Our microwave is at the service center from last 24.07.09 agaist this ticket no., but after frequent communication with the service center we did not received our Microwave back till the date.

This is requested that kindly take immediate initiatives to resolve the problem.
