Failure to install the product after purchase

Respected sir,

On 18.8.2008 i have purchased micro oven from m/s leo electronics, whirlpool dealer.

Adress is as follows: m/s leo electronics mega tv show room, Fci X- Roads, ntpc, jyothinagar dist karimnagar, AP PIN -505215.

contact no of mr Paramdhamulu (owner of the show room) is 9989042988.

model of my oven is VT255/SL.

Dealer after collecting money WORTH RS8100/-have given me bill NO :764, (Dealer TIN NO:28760191550). He has assured me of installing the oven and demo at home but did not do so.

Next day on contacting he has expressed his helplessness in installation of the product

Please help me in this regard
