Poor serivce/maintenance

I had visited snow world on 22/05 along with my family. I am hereby giving my experience with a hope that management would take all of them positively for the betterment.

1) They charge service charges on credit card which is unseen even in small shops.

2) The safety lockers are even smaller than the pigeon holes and they expect people to keep their expensive belongings in it along with their footwear.

3) NO one is their to guide

4) The jackets and gloves are misfit and in torn condition and wet. It is expected that shoes to be worn without socks in wet condition.

5) There was no person to assist or guide at the hall.

6) Biggest safety hazard is to climb the wooden ladder to go to slides. Could they please try sending middle aged and women alone and see for themselves. The safety pads around the slides have come out and lying on the floor or missing. It is the visitors who were fixing it up all the times. Their employee was standing as a mute spectator.

7) The staff are arrogant

8) I have also visited Hyderabad Snow world and it is far better in terms of safety and quality.

9) The hot drink served as complimentary was nothing more than a cup of hot water.

10) Its unsafe for kids on the slides.
