Applied for a personal loan

Hi,

I have applied for a personal loan with above mentioned company Mile Stone Call Centre P Ltd. The Director of the company who is Mr. Saurav Bansal took all the relevant papers from me 2 months ago and told me that you will get the loan at the earliest. He also took Rs. 4000.00 from me as to prepare some more documents. But after taking 4000.00 whenever i called him to get my status update he never takes my calls nor he calls me to provide me the update.

Inspite of giving him all the papers he again asked for some more documents which was also provided to him. I told him that i have some urgency for this loan but he is not answering my calls. And whenever by mistake he picks up the phone he always says that i will give you call but he never does. Its almost now 2 months i have not got any trusted status on the same.

I have his company's card on which he had given his receiveing of the money which he took from me.

Please suggest what to do.
