I, Shailaj Srivastava applyied for Personal Lone, As a result of that Mr. Saurabh Bansal, Director of Milestone call centre pvt. Ltd. called me on 26th May and said that my lone for Rs. 2 lakhs has been approved from Barclays Bank at 18% reducing rate of interest and he also said that I have to show my original Documents till next day morning to his office which is located at D-58 2nd floor, main Vikas Marg Laxmi Nagar near Shipra Hotel. I went their in the evening around 9:30 P.M. and shown the documents as formality then he said that my lone should be clear if I could pay 10, 000 Rs.for Reliance Insurance as a security deposit for the recovery. I said ok, Then he had taken a bearer cheque of Rs.10, 000/- from me but didn't gave any receipt by giving alot of excuses. Due hectic work in my office & not getting time, my sister went to his office next day morning and took that cheque by giving a cash of Rs 10, 000/-.when she asked for the reciept then that fraud person Mr. Saurabh Bansal said my executive is going to submit that money and give the receipt within an hour, my sister waited their from 11:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. but his executive didnot came. Finally when sister asked he said due server problem receipt could not be generated and also he behaved very badly with my sister. I want my money back any how.
