Call drops on Airtel Network

I have been using Airtel Services for almost 8-9 years, and have recently found that it is almost impossible to talk to anyone for more than 2 minutes, as most of the times either you cannot hear or the other party is unable to hear, call get disconnectedd on its own most of the times. Also there are instances when you disconnect the phone by pressing the red key but the call duration meter keeps ticking. Recently i was in Mumbai, the situation was even worse, gprs never worked over there. The most surprising part is that the network problem is there in Okhla Phase 1 also, as my office is in Phase 1, i can see their big antennaes from my office, but the network conditions are very very poor. Complaints are pronply replied by a confirmation mail but nothing happens after that, it is only showing that you care for the customer, without actually bothering about him at all.
