NON-ATTENDANCE OF COMPLAINT BY BSNL (TELEPHNE DEAD SINCE 24 DAYS)

My residential BSNL landline telephone No.27743884 (with Broadband) installed at 64/2 Havelock Line, MES Officers Quarters, Karkhana, Secunderabad-09 is dead since last 24 days. I have lodged comlaints as well as spoken to SDE (Phones)/ JTO Karkhana/Vasabhinagar exchange (Secunderabad) end number of times. But, the telephone is still dead leading to great inconvenience. It is height of poor service being rendered by the BSNL.If authorities concerned do'nt take any action on my longstanding complaint, I would be constrained to seek damage from The Consumer Court.
