Selling More than MRP

Dear Sir/Madum,

I was in Banglore From past 3 years.we normally get milk from near by home any one of the shops .every shop holder is selling milk more than M.R.P (Rate.). They behave like the people are here not educated they are telling for freezing we have to pay.i know that for all storage and transport it includes on M.R.P only

Milk and Curd both the shop keepers selling more Cost on every day.. please take my request as a complaint and solve it this issues. in future i sincerly thank full to your help.
