Regarding Booking of my bike in Indian Railway Parcel Service

I am very disappointment to file on this type of mismanagement occured from the Parcel Department of Indian Railway. I had to bring my bike from Durg to Saharanpur due to my official transfer and I booked my bike on 18.09.2009 from Durg railway station wide Receipt No: A 572145.The booking officer not mentioned the date in the receipt.By my enquiry they are saying the send it on 18.09.2009 itself in Luggage compartment No: 4993 in Chhattisgarh Express 8237. But till now the vehicle hasn't delivered in Saharanpur Railway Station. I don't know what I have to do in this regard. I went to Saharanpur Railway Station two times to pick the vehicle by taking leave on loss of pay (I am working in Dehradun, almost 75 kms away from Saharanpur). The tragedy is that there is no option to find out where is my wehicle right now and the railway staff are not giving any type of phone number for further enquiry.
