Complaint for taking extra charges

Dear sir,

i booked a ticket on 6 th may for jabalpur to zamania, n my date of journey was 6th june. but due to some reason, i cancelled my ticket on 5th june (before 24 hrs frm train departure time). the agent charged 65 rs per person insted of rupees 20.and i also had to pay rs 195 for three person instead of just 60 rupees.

so its my request to you that do enquiry to the agent, and punish him.
