Have not paid salary after I left the company with notice period

Dear Sir,

I had a very bed experience with Mindz Enet Pvt. Ltd. which a Software/Website cum HR Consulting firm. I worked there very honestly and whole heatedly. I submitted my notice period also for a month before leaving the company. Everything was transparent to all in my company.

Now its been more then three months from the day i left the company but they still have not paid my dues. I called up many times but every time they give me fake excuses and if i condemn on this they consider it as a tiff with company.

Please help me out and suggest me the way how can i get my salary from them.

Also would like to inform other people who so ever would join or leave the company, don't leave the company without taking your salary, otherwise later company will not pay your dues.
