Encountering problem in opening of mail

Dear Sir,

I have been using your services for the last two years & was fully satisfied. Recently I changed my computer but using your connection only. For the last one week I am facing lot of problem in opening of mail for which I wanted a solution. I have been calling the no. given to me of Mr. Srinivas Rao (9871734631) for the last three days & despite repeated assurances that somebody will definitely visit my place no body has even bothered to enquire about the problem. My ADSL kit was changed twice in the past when I encountered the problem within hours of my complaining. I am unable to accept that the services have gone so bad in such a short span. I request you to look into the matter on priority basis as my entire work is dependent on this service. Please do the needful at the earliest.
