Non clearance of debris around the building

Sir, I AM STAYING AT 1348, Sector 2 RK Puram. Laying of paver blocks was undertaken recently adjacent to the road for widening it. However the deris/ excess earth has not been removed from the area which is causinf inconvenience. Kindly arrange to remove construction/ left over debris and level the area. Thanks
