NON-DELIVERY OF SPEED POST

Sir,

I am extremely sorry and disheartened to inform you all about your poor service of Speed Post. I have sent one parcel from Hyderabad to Kottayam (Kerala) through speed post (EN622034869IN) on 01 Aug 09 (Sat) at 12:34 hrs but I am very sad today is 10 Aug 09 already ten days over but my parcel is not delivered till now to the addressee. If such a delay occur then what is the use you all kept its name as Speed Post. Now I repenting, that it would have been better if i would have sent through normal post. It was such an urgent mail, but you all will never understand the pain I am going through.

Sir, its my humble request if you all can trace the same parcel and deliver to the addressee, it will be very kind and a good image of Indian Postal Service will always remains in my heart.
