Illegal construction of another Vth floor by Mr. Jha resident of 224-D Jand K Pocket Dilshad Garden Delhi-110095 which is top most floo

Dear sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention to the construction of an entire illegal floor on his roof as the illegal Vth floor by Mr. Jha resident of the topmost floor at 224-D J and K Pocket Dilshad Garden Delhi-110095.By constructing this illegal floor Mr. Jha without permission of MCD, he has jeopardized not only his own safety but has also endangered the lives and security of his other neighbours who are living on lower legal floors immediately below his own flat. He has snatched away the right to life and safety, as well as has encroached upon the right to breathe fresh air and sunlight of his neighbours. Big galloping holes have appeared in the ground floor apartment of my house in the beams and columns thereby putting on extra weight on other neighbour's flats by constructing this illegal floor. MCD is requested to demolish this illegal extra floor on our heads thereby unburdening us of this thereat to our life.
