No exchange of product

I had purchased a Lagerfelo belt worth Rs.5000 from ministry of fashion, CSM Noida Branch. After 2months of my purchase i saw that the leather is tempering and even polish got lighter when i went to the showroom they said that it can't be possible and their employees start arguing with me and they are not ready to exchange the product or refund of my money. And i've lost the bill also and when i asked for duplicate bill then they said that they will not provide the duplicate bill.

Please do something.
