Delay in Passport (Pls look this delay)

Dear Sir,

This is really pain full that I sent a mail to you and after 24 hours I am not having any reply from your end.

I submitted the file of my nephew (ANUSHKA BAJPAI) on 13-02 and her file Ref. No. is LKO-M000931-09 and as per Passport website it should be dispatch on 06 March and I suppose to get it, but we are still waiting for Passport and I am just wondering that today my parents are in Passport office Lucknow to get passport by hand but the employee’s of your office reply that File is missing. It’s really ridicules and very pain full thing because Anushka and her mother have to go Australia by end of next month.

Please help me out for this situation
