Noise pollution Hazardous Material in Residential Area

Hello Concerning Authorities. I inform to your kind attention that in Todapur village new Delhi 110012. which is not even regularized nor notified commercial area and purely a residential area is now polluted by some heavy machineries and hazardous materials stockists which may cause unwanted and risks for people living nearby.(Noise Pollution (Regulation & Control) Rules)

Minitec Systems which is purely a commercial company with a great numbers of Sewing machines and child labor in their factory (which is not even a safe premises in the area. and also having a great stock of Pure synthetic cloth stock for the making reflactive safety jackets (Manufacture, Storage & Import of Hazardous Chemical Rules, 1989)

They are having many premises in the nearby location:

(WZ 72, premises owner Lalit Yadav, )

(WZ 72, premises owner OM prakash Yadav)

(WZ 73, ) and so on.

*Please forward this complaint to related concering departments ec; MCD for not obtaining Delhi Factories Rule, 1950.
