Rediculous service and product

To whom soever it concern this is my 3rd complain regarding the same issue. I bought new mobile I 450 in last week of August & one day suddenly it stoped answring incoming calls and when I switched it off and on that again it asked me a password which I gave and it was correct than again it asked for password which I never fed and then mobile got blocked I tried seraching the solution in user guide but it was not mentioned in that.

I gave my mobile to service centre and they said it will get rectified in 3 days when I went to take that mobile back they said it will gain take 2-3 more days after that I again went they said it will again take 3-4 days than finally yesterday they said you can collect the mobile tomorrow at 12 o'clock when I called to confirm whether I can collect the same or not that service guy said sorry ma'm it will again take 8 days than I lost my temper I called up your Jaipur office Mr. Anil he gain gave me tomorrow's date.

This way my mobile is with service centre from last 20 days where as it was supposed to be only for 2 days. It has wasted my quality time and money following up for the same.

I filed complain twice on this site but it was never attended it is highly un-professional way of handling any thing.
