Dear Sir,

I booked for Rs.60, 00, 000 sweepstakes offer for Rs.2, 598 on 13.12.08 but could not get the booking processed for a long time. So I ignored it. Now somebody telephones from No.911204740400 and informs me that the order is booked and the round the trip air fare is only for one person while boarding and lodging is for a couple for three days and two nights. When I informed him that I cannot accept it and wanted the order to be cancelled, he says it cannot be cancelled and advised me to contact customer care at 1800 102 4242. But neither the customer care No nor the no. from which the phone call emanated could be contacted - they are stated to be out of service! I therefore, now request you through this forum to cancel the order/acceptance of offer as I cannot afford to spend the airfare etc., for my wife. Kindly confirm having cancelled the offer by return mail.
