Carelessness in service

Hello,

i wanted to sell my computer system. so i contacted the above mentioned vendor to sell it. he asked me to get the system n show him. so i brought my system at his shop. he checked it n it was working properly. then he asked me to let system be there at his shop n he will tell me in evening how much can i get for it. i said ok. but thn when i went in evening he had opened it all n he said my motherboard is nt working properly. he offered me only Rs 2500 for my system having cofigurations of processor P-4 with 760 Mb ram n 80 Gb harddisk. i denied n asked to return me the system he denied n thn said get it without refitting the parts. i had to get it as it was. what can i do in this CASE. i had to do it all on my own i.e refitting it. now my system is nt working properly. please guide me in this case.
