Hi

My Director (Shyam Padala) had applied for the landline connection for his residence.

The application ref number: SEF NO BA : 0383962 dt 30/06/09 for DSL and DEL

under tariff plan: value combo 799 and paid Rs.1500/-.

But he didnot receive the landline connection. We complained about this a month ago

complaint number ref : 21798220 but no action being taken. Again on 28th Aug 09 and

31st Aug 09 we lodged the complaint of not receiving the connection vide ref no : 23678964

and 23544612 respctively.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.
