Subject:- Misbehavior by the conductor of Private Bus No. HP12B-9095 rout SOLAN - NALAGARH

I am an employee in pvt ltd company in Parwanoo. I am doing Daily updown from Kalka to Parwanoo. I want to register a complain regarding to the misbehavior of bus conductor of Private Bus No. HP12B-9095 rout SOLAN – NALAGARH.

It is very deficult for us to get a bus, because as bus staff see passengers waiting for bus form Kalka to Parwanoo, he close the doors and push out the passengers by saying that this is not a local bus and when I asked him for complaint book, he said” TU KON HOTA HAI COMPLAINT BOOK MANGNE WALA”.

There for all the Daily passengers are facing lots of problems. Specially those people who r working in private sector are appearing to be very miserable because In private sector offices timing restrictions are very tight..

In fact this is a regular practice even by the HRTC ‘s bus staff

So finally I want to say that there are no rules and regulations for these Private buses in Himachal. So pls help us make the travel safe and easy
