Very rude attitude

I had approached the times at banjarahills for placing an add in classifieds for the period of 3 months on every altenate day... i use to place my add in Deccan chronicle earlier which was very comfortable... but just for a change in add and as we observed the times readers are increasing we decided to place our company adds in Times... But it was very dissapointing to say that the people in classifieds at your office are un professionals and i had a feeling for a wile that i entered a government office... I dont remember her name but she was a muslim girl who made me sit in the counter for 25 min... she attends me and before she complete my job she takes up another job... and when i ask her to finish my job first as i got to go... she replies very rudely saying u have to wait sir i am not sitting idle... in 25 min i waited there what i had seen her is speaking on her mobile for atleast 20 min...

Initially i sent my admin person to get the details of rates for adds but he returned saying that there is no proper response... then i had to go...

our expediture for marketing in newspaper is aprox... 32 lakhs per annum

Since i am a regular reader of times newspaper i suggest you to train your people well who interact with customers... u miss one call may loose your revenue in lacks or in crores...
