MISBEHAVIOUR IN POLIO OPERATION

Hello Sir,

I am from Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh (India) and was very disappointed with the misbehaviour of such goverment servant who are at my home on Sept 13 for Polio programe. I have a grandson having an age of 7 months to whom we have already given a polio drop on Sept 5 by some private doctor (i have a proof). A polio team reached at my home on Sept 13 and asking me to give polio to my grandson. As i mention that we have already give such drops by some private doctor and show her a proof also but the lady who tell her that she is a supervisor misbehave in such a way that she had not left the prime minister or even governor (khati hai kya tum governor ho ya prime minister ho jo nahi delya raha ho) what is this such misbehave that she abuse me also i think this is not the manner in which a goverment servant to talk. After asking her show the drops find that the drops are not having ice in the ICE box and the temp which i have find is more than 8 degree celcius. I have a very simple question is it compulsary for a children to take a Polio Drop in a differece of 7 days WITH A LESS THAN TEMP OF 8 DEGREES . Beside this that child has also taken all the doses of IPV also.

If the parents of any child are not ready to give OPV from the Pulse Polio Team who visit at home due to above said reason is the Polio team have a power to abuse him or told him that you are " Prime Minister or Governer" who disobey the rule and also give a waring that they can arrest you with the help of police.

Because if this the rule than i hope no parents are agree to accept such misbehavior with the Team.

I have already inform about such case to New York UNicef cell by phone and Also to WHO .
