Dear Sir/Madam,
On 1st of October at 12:45 hours, I went for reservation. During my long hour stand, I saw that the reservation staff had been doing some under the table act and booking the tickets. He was least intrested in taking care of the consumers standing outside.
When wrote about the same in the Complaint Book durig lunch hours (13:30 to 14:00 hrs), one Naval Officer whose name is Manoj Kumar Mishra and in the presence of another Naval officer, T J Jerry, forced me to take back the compaint. He mentally harassed me and I have to change my statement. And in the mean time the reservation staff also started to scold me.
After I was forced to write an appology, Manoj Kumar Mishra told T J Jerry not to give the Complaint Book to anyone, as it is the matter of their job.
Moreover the reservation staff was using Mobile Phone during office hours.
Is this the kind of service they are giving to the Nation.
Please do look after it. They are the Black Spots of the Nation
