Non delivery of cylinder & No response on phone

We are dissatisfied with the services and behavior of employees of the local vendor mishra indane. We have booked a gas cylinder on 9 jan personally after 5 days of trying to book the number on telephone as no one picks up the phone and even today after 9 days still the cylinder is not yet delivered, also nobody is picking up the phone even now. It becomes difficult for working couples like us as a leave is to be availed only to get the bottle refilled that too personally. please look into the matter at the earliest and get our problem solved.
