Credit Card Discrepancy

Dear Sir/Madam

This is to inform you that I holds a credit card of ABN AMRO BANK where there is an outstanding of Rs 25000/ - Due to loss of job and therefore financial problem i couldnot pay the amount. Although i am back in job and have asked the bank to make the installment facility available to me so that i can repay the case.

But suddenly on 19th & 20 th Jan 09 ABN AMRO Bank officials have started calling the neighbours of my flat and have been using abusive languages to almost everyone possible (whose nos. are available in BSNL telephone directory). Abusive languages were used to a liitle girl (who is my neighbour), she has been traumatised for the same. Another one of my neighbour who is a senior citizen has been abused too.

Although we are aware of the fact that banks innovate new ideas to harrase customers but this incident of finding number of neighbours and harrasing them is unique. Further this incident has made it clear that the foreign banks donot care about any legal proccedure prevailing in India.
