Not removing name from satyam after making the total settlement amt pymt

Sir,

I have already paid the settlement amt ask by the bank on my credit card number 5415382328734215 at one go but the bank is not deleting my name from satyam and hence i am unable to join another company as the satyam showing negative. This is affecting my career and i belong to a poor family.
