Dear Sir,
I have received a Credit Card of M/s ABN Amro Bank in the month of April and after that in any months I not received any statement of account, and I have the due amount against the amount as stated by the customer care in each and every month before the due date, But always lodged the complaint at the time of payment to the collection Ececutive as well as the Executive of Customer Care.
In the month of September it has come to my notice that I may collect the statement through website of the Bank, and then I collect each and every month the statement of my Credit Card.
To see the statement from July (Before July statement were not available in website), it has found that there were so many liabilities debited into my Credit Card Statement without any consent of the concern matters as well as for against that liabilities the finance retail charges, late payment charges, overlimit charges as the case may be were also debited in my account. The totral unwanted amount comes to Rs 19435.14 (From the period July to Jly 2008) plus I want to know the facts and figures from the first bill April to June as I have not seen the statement of account of our Credit Card. After repeated request an amount of Rs 4, 973.20 was reversed and the balance amount comes to Rs 14, 461.94 is still pending for reversal.
About more than 25 letters were being sent to the Customer Care through e mail as well as through Courier also, and in the last, I have decided not to use the credit card in near future from December about two or three calls daily received on mobile and threading me to pay the amount and in reply when I asked them to send the statement, they always said I have to use only verbal discussion instead of any written reply.
It is requested that you may enquire and asked to ABN Amro Bank that he may send me the copies of Statement from April to June as well a prejudise necessary action to solve this problems may be made at the earliest time, so that I may not be harressed more by the Bank.
Thanking You,
