I have ordered Mitashi DVD Boom Box DVD-Video/DVD-R/DVD-RW/DVD R/DVD RW/VCD/CD/CD-R/CD-RW/SVCD Playback through Home Shop-18, vide Order No. 700694761. The advance payment was made through Citibank Credit Card. I have received the unit on 29/11 evening. The set was not working properly; the unit/set was full of dust when I received it. CD player was giving Crrr... Crrr... Crrr... noise and Cassette player was giving thak..thak.. noise... when playing. As per advice of Home shop-18 I have returned the set for replacement with a brand new fully working set on 4/12 through TNT vide AWB No. 996164422 WW. I have received the replacement on 17/12, the set was broken. I have informed TV-18 about the same and they have suggested for refund of money as you are not having a good genuine product. As per advice of Home shop-18 I have again returned the set for refund on 19/12 through TNT vide AWB No. 996164915 WW.

Now neither Home Shop -18 nor Mitashi Edutainment is giving any replying. I am very much upset.
