Regarding the principle amount of personal loan

Dear sir/ Madam,

I have a personal loan with ABN amro bank. The account number for same loan is 7777 7777 7428 4961. The amount of the loan is 2, 00, 000. Rs. They deducted the processing fee and service tax according to the talk on phone. The intrest rate of the loan is 21.96 % reducing, and tenueer is 48 months and EMI of the same loan is Rs. 6532 which include the premium for the insurance of the loan. Initially I was disaggre for this than i aggre to pay Rs. 6532 as EMI which include premium also. Now in each statement they club the insurance amount of Rs. 7450 with loan principle amount and make the principle amount of Rs 2, 07, 450. And every month the deduct the principle outstanding from 2, 07, 450 rather than from original principle amount of Rs.2, 00, 000. So this will attrack more money while I will go for preclouser of the same loan.

So, Sir please instruct the bank and guide them the correct way to deal with customer.
