Non settlement of loan

Sir,

I had taken a loan of Rs.30000.0 from ABN Amro Bank in the month of March 06 against my credit card no.5415382310601620 with EMI of Rs.1542.00 for 36 months. It may please be noted that the above loan was fully prepaid in the month of March 07. After paying the above amount the bank started to send me statements showing outstanding amounts as minus till Dec.07. It shocking to note that from Jan 08 onward they have again started sending statements showing outstanding. In my opinion it is a matter of sheer harrassment of consumer on the part of Bank. Please look in to the matter. In case you require any documentary evidences please write back and help me out to settle the issue.
