Sir,

I have taken an easy loan Rs. 1, 50, 000/ from ABN-AMRO Bank, in the months of Sept. The EMI started from October. 2008. I have paid all EMI regularley as,

Octo 24, Rs.5, 653/

Nov. 25, Rs.5652/

Dec. 24, Rs.5652/

Jan, the bank say to me cheque return due to signature differ, but i never received I paid by cheque 01 Feb Rs. 5, 651/

Feb. I paid by cheque but it return and I paid by cash Rs. 5800/ 26 Feb.

March Rs. 6080/ by cheque no. 514283 Rs. 6080/

April 24 by cheque no. 649929 Rs. 5, 652 Rs 150 cash 02 May

May 23, by cheque no. 649933 Rs. 5, 600/

But the bank is saying it is not receiving the EMI April

and last few days is saying late payment on EMI Rs. 6, 000/

What should I do for this.

The concern person of bank is doing to me continue phone, and harasing to me daily
