Mitsony steam iron
Not proper working

I purchased the mitsony steam iron from reliance retial outlet from gurgaon store code : 2440 . I purchased it dipwali day 28/10.the cash memo number is 0050 . The iron is not working properly after the purchaseds of 1 month the value of iron is rs. 329 while i have been expend 300 rs. to visiting the store but sm asm and superviser was not attend my complent . the name of the sm Mr. Anand kamal and asm name is Saket kumar and superviser name is Mr. Pardeep saini. They all said to me this is not our duty you go to company outlet. I am visiting the store 5-7 times in last six month but the staff did not attend me properly. They said to me you can go any where we will not solve your problem. The value of product is only 329 rs. while i have expend 300 rs. more on travlling. please solve my problem with in a week otherwise i will go to consumer court or i will take help to media.
