Misbehaviour & casual attitude

Dear Highest officer of Airtel,

Regret to mention here that your officers are very care less, behave very casually & misrepresent the company; particularly

i am talking about Mr. Dinesh Punj & Mr. Ashwani Kumar who are representing your company, are truly fraud.

I am Sandeep Bhargava Sr. Manager of Mitsubishi Chemical Holding group, around before fortnight period I requested Mr. Dinesh punj & Mr. Ashwini to provide a data card to me for my M.D, but really unfortunate to mention that except speaking lie they are not doing anything, they have taken the amount from our company in the name of Punj electronics which I believe belongs to Mr. Punj only, despite that, they have neither delivered the card nor picking up my phones.

When I tried to complain to your customer care cell they did not connect my phone to any senior officer but they had give me the mobile

no. of Ms. Shewata Arora, but even she is not picking up my phones. Pl. let me know that is in the same manner you wish to do the business this is simply a cheating.

l. let me know to whom I should contact for my problem Iam going to take this matter at your highest authority along with Consumer court.
