Claim not settled

I have a commercial vehicle, [eicher 11.10] number[mh 04 ds 1339] standing in jalgaon garage ready for delivery for past 15-20 days. the bill has been sent to icici n they are not settling the claim. i have the insurance which covers additional parts, [as told tht paying extra premium for imt 23] .

they have told us that the file is still in pune office where as the jalgaon office claims that the vehicle cover that we shall receive is very less from the bill made.

my policy no. is 54661141.if there is a fair deal of work done by the company than i wish that they settle the claim fast and to the rightful amount as my vehilcle has already taken 5 months to repair. i believe the company understands that we have to pay the installment to the bank from whom we have mortgage the vehicle and paying the amount from my own pocket is very heavy.

i shall wait for the reply.
