Delay in delivery of refill gas cylinde

Respected Sir,

My name is Shri. N. Parthasarathy, resident of #136, Tamilnadu Electricity Board Colony, Menambedu, Ambattur, Chennai- 600053. My consumer no is 2958, under MJV gas agencies, Ambattur Estate, Chennai. I have booked for refill gas on dated 18/10/10, but the gas is yet to get delivered. Moreover whenever i call regarding this delay period, their is no proper response. They are just avoiding the call saying it will come with in two days. Again the same answer when i call after two days. Till date it has not got delivered. Now they are giving the new reason as delivery boys are not available. Kindly take required action towards this complaint. Hoping for the solution and kindly take care this wont happen again in future.
