Illegal construction & commercial activity in Residance flats

Illegal Construction in DDA Flat legalised by MCD in Moti Nagar.

I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mr. Ajay & Mr. Pankaj Narulla (Ground) Floor, 2/6 & 7, Moti Nagar, New Delhi-15 to MCD Rajouri garden.

Our Flats are DDA Flats.

The ill-legal construction carried out by Mr. Ajay & Mr. Pankaj Narulla is projecting dangerously in Back side of my house & renovate the flat for commercial activity I stay on the First Floor, and Mr. Ajay & Mr. Pankaj Narulla directly on Ground Floor,

This is a great threat to my life and my property & it can cause of theft also every time. This ill-legal construction carried out by Mr. Ajay & Mr. Pankaj Narulla is a great nuisance to my life, it is giving me alot of mental strss and had taken peace out of my life. I have brought this to the notice of the MCD Officers & Local police station

But till now, no action had taken by mcd officers.
