Shifting new Location MLM 5103 from hyderabad to Bangalore

I have taken Country Vacation membership in Hyderabad location. When i got transferred to bangalore we requested to transfer the membership to Bangalore.

After taking money they are not responding.

Till now we didnt availed any facility.

From past two years we are struggling to get our money.

Please help.

We paid 30000.
