Non-removeal of CIBIL entry

Hello,

My AAB Card Number was 5415 3823 0061 4542, and i had settled the outstandings on 29.01.2008 paying by DD. However, as per the CIBIL report, I found that my name has not been deleted yet. As per the guidlines of RBI, whoever has paid the outstanding amount in full or through compromise deal must not appear in the CIBIL record. I came to know the fact only i approached a bank for loan and my request has been terned down due the CIBIL's negative report.

May I please know when will you be clearing my name from CIBIL?
