LATE FEE & OTHER CHARGES CLAIMING WHEN PAYMENT MADE TIMELY

Dear Sir/Madam,

we common peoples are using card to avoid carring cash but while using this ABNAMRO bank credit card I have been facing everytime some problems in terms of extra charges. This time due to festival sessions the uses of card was more while receiving my statements of card number 5425 0513 0564 1200 dt 7/10/09 I found inspite of making total payment timely of previous month within due date but amount shown credited in my account in late and charged late fee 650/- and finance charge 942.35 and service tax 164.01 leveled in my card. While I made complain to head in card service but it was not deducted from my statements rather I am getting calls for payments reminders.

Under this cercumstances 1) I do not want to give late fee when I made payment timely.

2) I have 9522 closing points by using this bank which need to settle & I do not want to continue this bank card further more.
