Regarding Job contract

Dear Sir,

I am Working In an MNC, which has Recruited me from my college Campus, But after the recruitment MNC forced us to Sign 1 year Fixes tern Contract (FTC) with me saying that This is a part of Training, and Just after completing Your 1 year training As GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee) you will be on Permanent Role. Beliving on this I had Left Several job Offers in beetween.

But after Completition of 1 year insted of making me Permanent Employee this MNC has again given me FTC offer on completition of 1years and two months time, and has deniened to make us permanent.

For last two months there is nothing to justify why the MNC has not given any letter/ Information weather to quit the Job or to Continue. And now Again they have given me FTC letter.

This MNC has played with my carrier and has Reuined my Life, By Exploiting me Mentaly.

Kindly suggest me and inform me the way how to deal with it.
