The worst servi e i never find in other banks. I'm Holding HSBC credit card previously i have raised a request regarding HSBC EMI option. at that time customer care people did not take care of that.but even they did not inform me regarding this.from the last 9 months onwards i'm paying money. sofar what i feel is that i'm paying EMI money..after one day i called customer care to know my oustanding balance. but it is showing me the same monay. i was shocked and came to know that so far what i paid is Interest which is more than 10k...

Same Worst Service... i'm holding another Bank credit card. i did not face these kind of problems with those Banks...
