Dear sir,

This is Reg: Giving Complaints my Account airtel Prepaid number Last 5 years am using.

I am using basic Model Sony ericsion k330 Model.

I recieved one msg GPRS Push Msg.that Msg only i opened and Readed. I have not Downloaded any thing also no Option available in my mobile.

Suddenly one msg came U have downloaded from this Content So we Charged Rs.50. they told. After I called to Customer Care and Registered Complaints they told with in 48 hrs we will check that then we ill call u back for Recrediting Arrangement given Feedback from Airtel Customer Care.

Still not Getting any feedback from AirtelCustomer center. Kindly Take necessary action to Recredit the Amt.for my number 9894014370 as soon as possible.
