I have not received my Deposited money

Dear Sir,

On 31.12.08 I had paid Rs.500/- to your agent Mr. Atun for new Reliance Connection purpose but till date neither I have not received my connection number nor my money.

Also I had complained to your other agent whose are comming our offcie.

Plz advice how I will be refound my security money.
