Not working properly

I purchased mobile orion model (910ds) on06-01

Battery has abslotly no back up may be 3-5 minutes after full charge was done

Replaced the battery But still the same problem

2) when pressed dial 1 while answering call, it stops automatically

please ask the concernd to replace the device with good back up battery

Contacted the service centre her 'eccel frontline' in HUBLI, karnataka state INDIA

They are not agreing
