This seller is present in Ebay. i bought one cell phone from him via paisa pay facility of Ebay. That cell phone I got. He has mentioned there that he would give 2% discount if some body transfers money directly to his account. I did the same, but he said me some wrong account number. I transferred the money and as it was a wrong number, it went somewhere else. I tried with my bank to get my money back, but they couldn't. So when i told this seller to come to a final conclusion, he said do what ever you want.
